Foley just got a joystick.

Orbital Motion turns movement into a performance. Shape evolving sound textures and trigger one-shots with the ORBITAL 1 controller.

From moving textures to precise impacts.

Two Motion Players shape continuous Foley layers while the Impact Player adds individual sounds such as footsteps. The demo shows how these elements can be performed together with the ORBITAL 1 controller.

One gesture, three layers

Shape textures. Trigger impacts.

Combine continuous movement sounds with precisely triggered details, then perform them together in real time.

01 / MOTION

Motion Player 1

Perform a continuous texture such as fabric, leather, or equipment movement.

02 / MOTION

Motion Player 2

Layer a second sound and shape both textures through expressive joystick movement.

03 / IMPACT

Impact Player

Choose Pendulum mode to trigger a sample on every back-and-forth movement, or velocity-dependent mode: slow gestures keep the Motion Players running; quick movements trigger an impact.

Built around physical movement

Use the ORBITAL 1 joystick and fader to perform Foley and sound effects as a playable part of the scene.

Small gestures. Rich sound.

From a tiny circular movement to a long paddle stroke, motion gives Foley a shape you can play.
